Only one person is needed to operate the entire machine, reducing manual input. The wet wipes automatically wet and add fragrance, fold, cut and package. The machine comes with built-in coding, which can print the production date, and at the same time, the film can be printed with advertising patterns that customers want to print.

1. Production requirements: Suitable for fully automatic packaging of single wet wipes, chopsticks and wet wipes, toothpicks, wet towels and other products.

2. Working principle: Conveyor → Automatic vertical folding → Raw material cutting → Horizontal folding → Automatic feeding of chopsticks → Automatic feeding of toothpicks → Chopsticks and wet wipes, synchronized transportation of toothpicks → Packaging → Quantitative liquid addition → Printing date → Stitching → Fully automatic slicing completion.

3. Equipped with a multifunctional vertical eight fold folding mechanism and a cam wave type horizontal folding mechanism, ensuring that the wet wipes are folded neatly.

4. The packaging length is set and cut immediately, without the need to adjust the empty path. It can be done in one step, saving time and film, and is convenient to operate.

5. By using a double row parallel feeding method, toothpicks are placed on the chopsticks and equipped with a middle separation mechanism, which separates the chopsticks and wet wipes in a reasonable packaging manner, achieving the effect of isolation packaging.

6. Adopting imported frequency converters combined with PLC programming controllers and microcomputer text display screens to jointly control production, all production parameters are clear at a glance and easy to operate.

7. Both vertical and horizontal seals are controlled by independent PID temperature control systems, with good sealing performance and no water leakage. They are also equipped with an ink wheel automatic date printing device for clear digital printing.

8. The equipment casing and parts that can come into contact with the product are all made of stainless steel material.
